1. Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like to exchange.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable, including:

• Gift cards
• Items on sale or clearance
• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
